Atakama is seeking an entrepreneurial, goal-orientated Sales Development Team Lead who will have a significant impact on our growth. This is a player-coach role that will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to build a world class inside sales business development team.
As an Atakama Sales Development Team Lead, you will report directly to our Head of Sales. You will be responsible for building a team that engages with prospects, qualifies all leads and helps to initiate the sales cycle for the Sales Executives who will ultimately close deals. This is a mid-level position with significant opportunities for growth, Atakama has a strong track record of internal progression and promotions. The ideal candidate is one who is committed to building a career in Sales Management, fueled by the excitement of picking up the phone and generating new business opportunities, and is genuinely interested in emerging technology. This is currently a fully remote position that will follow a hybrid WFH model post Covid. Candidates must be fully authorized to work in the U.S.
